Products not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and intimate products
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Products without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID and product images (if damaged/defective).
  3. Our team will verify and arrange reverse pickup (if applicable).

If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product. Shipping charges may be reimbursed upon approval.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If refused at delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or video evidence
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost

  • Return pickup: 2–5 business days
  • Quality check: 2–3 business days
  • Refund credit: 5–7 business days after approval

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
